“Fight With Love” is a third-annual completely student-created musical theatre revue to benefit the charity Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The scenes and songs presented in the show, which is different every year, echo the theme, "Fight With Love," as it details the  struggles and joys we all encounter in our relationships with family, friends, lovers and ourselves. The family-friendly show is both funny and profound, and will reach audience members in every stage of their lives. The other take on the theme, of course, is to fight the ignorance, hatred and discrimination that surrounds the devastating HIV/AIDS epidemic — with love.

In its three years, the production has flourished, and many Rochester business and community members have gotten involved. This is more than a performance and it's more than a benefit: it is an opportunity for both the leaders and the youth of Rochester to stand up and say we will not let HIV/AIDS destroy the lives of people in our country. We will fight.

And for our performers, Rochester-based high school and college students attending the most prestigious theatre training programs in the Northeast and in the country, it is an opportunity to use our talents for more than just to inspire and entertain, but also to heal.
